Absolute Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman Get Funko Versions; Check Them Out

Funko has announced its exclusives for San Diego Comic-Con 2026, with the highlight being the heroes from DC Comics’ Absolute line. For the first time, Absolute Batman, Absolute Superman, and Absolute Wonder Woman will get Pop! Vinyl versions as part of the event’s limited-edition items.

Each figure will have only 1,000 units produced, priced at US$40 each. The collectibles stand 4.1 inches (10.4 cm) tall and come in a Premium UV plastic protector, with the 2026 Summer Convention sticker on the box.

To prevent counterfeits, Funko has implemented a new authentication system in partnership with Octane5, using micro-optic technology. In addition, purchasing any figure gives buyers a chance to enter a drawing for a special "surprise gift".

DC’s Absolute line launched in 2024, beginning with Absolute Batman, and reimagined the publisher’s heroes for the modern era. The line was a critical and commercial success, with many titles selling in the six figures and receiving eight Eisner Award nominations last year, winning two. In 2026, the line’s titles have earned 13 nominations for the award, which is presented annually during Comic-Con.

The line’s success also helped DC surpass Marvel in market share for the first time in decades.
