Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth here, we ask that you do not use the platform.

Chippu and Chippu Place belong to the entertainment group Omelete Company and were created to provide tips, recommendations, and user curation when choosing movies or series to watch.

CHIPPU

Our platform is available via a web portal (www.chippu.com.br) and an app, and this document aims to establish rules for using our platform, which can also be accessed through a Facebook, Apple, or Google account.

Each user has a profile on the platform, divided into:

• My List: movies already watched;
• Want to Watch: movies you plan to watch;

1. Registration

Use of the Chippu platform is available for free to users with a valid email address who are 18 (eighteen) years or older, and they must keep their logins and passwords strictly confidential, personal, and non-transferable.

If you are under 16 (sixteen) years old, you may not register on the platform. You must use an account created by your parents or guardians with their permission. It is prohibited to register users who have been suspended or deactivated by us at our discretion.

It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. Chippu is not responsible for activities carried out using unauthorized access to a user's account.

If the login, password, and/or user account are used by third parties, the user must notify us immediately through the contact methods provided here.

2. Platform Use – Omelete and Chippu

For the proper functioning of our platform, your reviews, comments, and interactions with other users must be truthful and free from any crime, discrimination, injury, defamation, slander, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We provide a space for users to express their opinions and share reviews of the services; however, the publication of content that:

• Is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or insulting;
• Contains hate speech, incitement to violence, or threats;
• Promotes illegal activities or violates third-party rights;
• Includes spam, unauthorized advertisements, or malicious links;
• Contradicts applicable law or the ethical values of Omelete Company.

Chippu Place

Chippu Place is Chippu's subscription marketplace, where you can subscribe to streaming, music, delivery, education, and other services.

Payments are processed via credit card in accordance with financial security standards and data encryption.

3. Intellectual Property

We create the algorithm, interface, and platform concepts internally. By using the platform, you grant us a license to use your reviews and comments to promote our platform.

4. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for third-party platforms accessed through ours.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

If we decide to change these Terms and Conditions of Use, we will always notify users by email or another reasonable means.

6. Service Interruption

At our discretion, we may suspend the availability of our platform at any time without prior notice.
