'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' Deleted Scene Shows Peter Unmasked

With the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day on digital platforms, the film's bonus features have been revealed. They include behind-the-scenes videos that show, among other things, deleted scenes.
One of these scenes (beware of movie spoilers from here on) depicts Peter Parker (Tom Holland) going to the hospital after he is shot at the end of the film, during his confrontation with Jean Grey (Sadie Sink). It shows the moment when the nurses and doctors need to remove Peter's mask.
In the film, the hero's identity is kept secret by Frank Castle, the Punisher (Jon Bernthal), who feels guilty for having fired the shot that hits Peter.
After becoming the third film in history to gross $2.5 billion at the global box office, Spider-Man: Brand New Day was released on digital platforms and is now available for purchase and rental online.

In addition to Tom Holland returning as the protagonist, Jacob Batalon will once again play Ned, and Zendaya returns for the new Spider-Man film as MJ. New additions to the cast include Sadie Sink (Stranger Things).
Another confirmed cast member is Jon Bernthal as the Punisher, marking the hero's debut in Marvel films. In addition, Mark Ruffalo is in the film as the Hulk.
Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) is directing the project. Erik Sommers and Chris McKenna, who wrote the screenplay for Spider-Man: No Way Home, are also responsible for the film.
