Netflix's Country Thriller 'Heartland' With Jessica Chastain Gets New Trailer

Netflix has released the first trailer for Heartland, a new thriller directed by Shana Feste and starring Jessica Chastain. In the film, the actress plays Misty Jones, a reclusive country music star who returns to Nashville after 20 years away from the spotlight to search for her niece, Charlie Heart, a 22-year-old singer who has disappeared.

The disappearance places Misty at the center of an investigation involving a series of suspects, including Charlie's boyfriend, Jace (Ross Lynch), and his manager, Roy Combs (Garrett Hedlund).

The film blends mystery, suspense, and country music, with Chastain singing the character's own songs. "Heartland" premieres on Netflix on November 13th.
