'Glee' Cast Reunites for 'Dancing With The Stars' In Support of Harry Shum Jr.
Amber Riley and Chris Colfer attended last night's performance to support their costar.
A Glee reunion just happened at the Dancing With The Stars third week last Tuesday (29) night. Chris Colfer and Amber Riley, who played Kurt Hummels and Mercedes Jones on Ryan Murphy's musical comedy hit, attended the event to support their fellow Glee cast member Harry Shum Jr., who played dancer Mike Chang in the show.
The trio was spotted backstage and Colfer even had his signature Kurt pompadour. "I know a winner when I see one", said Riley ahead of the performance, which Shum Jr. and dance partner Jenna Johnson ended up scoring 24 out of 30 and maintaining a good spot for the rest of the competition.

The reunion happened just a few days after a Glee reboot was brought up again by Murphy.
"Brad [Falchuck], Ian [Brennan] and I, who wrote all of the first two seasons, have written something", he revealed. "I have been in touch with around 10 of the original cast members. [...] They all had a lot of questions, but they were all very enthusiastic about the idea", said Murphy.
Although he didn't go as far as mentioning which actors he has in mind for a possible reboot, the focus on original cast members may point to Glee alumni Lea Michele, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Dianna Agron, Jane Lynch, Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz and Matthew Morrison.
"I vowed to myself that I wanted to write a couple of them to see what people think. Particularly the cast, because we were very close when we were making it". he continued. He stated that none of the actors contacted have read the script yet, so there might be a few back-and-forth conversations before the final script ends up rolling.
