Emily will trade Paris for Greece and Monaco in the final season
Emily in Paris is coming just in time for Christmas. The comedy starring Lily Collins returns for its sixth and final season on December 24, Netflix announced. The platform also released the first photos from the new episodes, which will take Emily on an adventure through Greece.
The protagonist will also travel to Monaco in the final season. The story follows Emily as she faces new choices in her career and love life, while needing to decide where her future truly lies. “As she enters a new era of ambition and romance, Emily is faced with pivotal choices that test her loyalty,” says the official synopsis. Professional conflicts and changes in her relationships will lead the character to reevaluate “where her true future lies.”
The cast also includes Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Lucien Laviscount, Minnie Driver, and Paul Forman.
Series creator Darren Star said he wanted to make the final season the “biggest Emily in Paris experience yet,” highlighting the new locations and the opportunity to show audiences different European cultures.
