Nicolas Cage has appeared with yet another unusual look in Best Pancakes In The County, a new action thriller that has just released its first image. See it above!

In the photo, the actor appears with dark hair, glasses, and a suit while holding a mysterious object in a scene that already reveals the chaotic atmosphere of the production. Cage plays The SOB, an eccentric and calculating criminal who becomes involved in an increasingly dangerous confrontation.

According to information exclusives from Deadline reports that Independent Film Company has acquired the distribution rights for the film in the United States. Written and directed by Ken Sanzel (Kill Chain), the film reunites Cage with the filmmaker after their 2019 collaboration and also stars Justin Long and Shelley Hennig. The story takes place over a single night in a small-town diner, which becomes the center of a confrontation between rogue federal agents, a con man with a dangerous past, and a waitress full of secrets.

The production promises to blend action, humor, and tension as the characters try to figure out who they can trust. The director himself stated that the idea was to place different characters with secret agendas inside a seemingly ordinary restaurant and increase the pressure until everything explodes.

Best Pancakes In The County was filmed in Arkansas and will be released in theaters and on digital platforms in the United States on November 20, 2026.
