Netflix Releases New Trailer for 'Outer Banks' Final Season; Watch

The Pogues return for one final adventure. Netflix has released the full trailer for the 5th and final season of Outer Banks, which premieres on August 20. Watch it above.

The final episodes will continue the events of the fourth season, which ended with JJ (Rudy Pankow) being killed by his own father, Chandler Groff (J. Anthony Crane). The tragedy drives the group to set out on a journey of revenge.

According to the official synopsis, John B (Chase Stokes), Sarah (Madelyn Cline), Kiara (Madison Bailey), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Cleo (Carlacia Grant) will be facing their toughest moment yet after losing their friend. As they try to cope with their grief, the characters will have to face new threats and track down Groff.
