Marvel is preparing several new live-action series for Disney+, and the announcements should be coming soon. The information was revealed by Matthew Belloni of Puck News. The news stands out because the studio did not announce any brand-new series during this year’s D23.
According to Belloni, the new series are expected to involve X-Men characters, who will be introduced in Avengers: Doctor Doom, as well as other figures set to expand the universe in the coming years.
The announcements may arrive sooner than you think, since Marvel Television and Marvel Animation will have a panel at New York Comic Con 2026 on October 8.
At the moment, the only new Marvel live-action series with a release date coming up is Vision Quest, which premieres on Disney+ on October 14. The production will star Paul Bettany and James Spader and will conclude the trilogy that began with WandaVision.
