'Black Mirror' Season 3 Already in Production, Report Says

The eighth season of Black Mirror is already in production at Netflix. Filming began this quarter in the United Kingdom, but there is still no premiere date for the new episodes. The information was confirmed by Variety.

Charlie Brooker, the series creator, returns as writer and producer alongside Bisha K. Ali. Jessica Rhoades, Annabel Jones, and Louise Sutton are also executive producing. The new season will continue the anthology of dystopian stories, which returned to the catalog in 2025 with its seventh season.

In addition to Black Mirror, Netflix confirmed the return of other British productions. Legends will have a 2nd season, Being Gordon Ramsay will get new episodes, and The Gentlemen has been renewed for a third season. New seasons of Supacell and House of Guinness are also planned, along with the return of Black Doves and more.
