'Pokémon Pokopia' Bubbly Basin DLC Gets Trailer and Release Date

Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass got a new trailer this Wednesday (29), confirming that the first part of the DLC, titled Bubbly Basin, will be released on August 5 for the Nintendo Switch 2. The content, shown above, will take players to a new underwater city, with brand-new activities, new Pokémon, outfits, improvements to the Surf move, and the option to make smoothies.

In addition, The Pokémon Company revealed new details about Part 2 of the expansion, scheduled for late 2026, which will allow players to customize Pokémon with accessories and will add new furniture and creatures to the game.
