The series follows Frances Neagley (Maria Sten), a former member of the Army's 110th Special Investigations Unit and one of Jack Reacher's closest allies. Now working as a private investigator in Chicago, she launches a dangerous investigation after discovering that an old friend died under suspicious circumstances.
