Everything you need to know about Daredevil: Born Again
Announced years after its predecessor was canceled, the Disney+ series brings back Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/The Punisher, and Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye. All of these actors appeared in the Netflix series.
In the story, both Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk seem to have left their former lives behind. After a tragedy, Murdock focuses on his work as a lawyer and finds success in his profession. Fisk decides to run for mayor of New York and wins the office. Over time, however, old (and violent) instincts begin to resurface, and they soon find themselves on a collision course with one another.
New additions to the cast include Nikki M. James (The Good Mother), Margarita Levieva (In the Deep), Sandrine Holt (Better Call Saul), Michael Gandolfini (The Deuce), Arty Froushan (Carnival Row), Hunter Doohan (Wednesday), and Lou Taylor Pucci (Evil Dead). Kamar de los Reyes also appears in the series as the hero White Tiger. The actor passed away after filming and is honored in the series.
The showrunner duties were handled by Dario Scarpadane (Jack Ryan). The first two seasons of Daredevil: Born Again are available on Disney+.
