The ambiguous response doesn't clarify which of the possibilities is in Marvel's plans, but it keeps open the chance of a change in the group.

Among the names mentioned in the question were Bullseye, a character played by Wilson Bethel in Daredevil: Reborn, and Abomination, played by Tim Roth. Neither of them has been confirmed for the supposed new lineup.

In the same session, Perez commented on the possibility of Bullseye returning to the screen in a Marvel film production. "Too early for me to tell you specifically, but I’ve heard rumors of him being brought to the silver screen and interacting with the Thunderbolts", he stated.

To date, Marvel Studios has not officially announced a Thunderbolts sequel* nor confirmed any changes to the team. Therefore, this information should be treated as rumors.
