The film is being shot in Glasgow, Scotland, and its worldwide distribution rights have been acquired by Bankside Films.

The story follows Phoebe, a brilliant robotics engineer who, shaken by the death of her younger sister, Edie, decides to challenge the protocols of the technology company where she works. Using years of messages, videos, and social media posts, she creates a digital replica of her sister with artificial intelligence.

The invention initially offers comfort to the protagonist, but soon leads her to confront a dilemma: to what extent is it right to bring someone back through technology?
