Kaylee Hottle, From 'Godzilla vs. Kong', Dies at 18

Kaylee Hottle, actress known for her role as Jia in Godzilla vs. Kong and Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire, died this Tuesday (21) after a car accident in Maryland. She was 18. 

The information was confirmed by her father, Joshua, during a social media livestream. "I am taking a flight that I never would like to take", he wrote, before confirming in sign language that the police informed him about the fatal car crash earlier this morning.

Hottle got her breakout role in Godzilla vs. Kong after a career in local commercials. She then went on to reprise the role on film Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire, and appeared on Magnum P.I. as Joon. Hottle was also meant to star in the superhero comedy What Doesn't Kill Us in an unspecified role.
