Charli XCX Joins Martin Scorsese's Next Film With DiCaprio and JLaw
Scorsese's next feature film is a gothic horror set in Europe.
Charli XCX is once again collaborating with Martin Scorsese. The pop singer, who recently had the filmmaker pose for the cover of her latest album "Music, Fashion, Film", has joined the cast of What Happens at Night.
Scorsese's next feature film also features Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence. Produced by Apple and StudioCanal, the horror film is about an American couple who traveled all the way to Europe looking to adopt a baby. Their plans, of course, end up changing once the small European city helps them realize they know nothing about themselves.
According to Variety, Charli's role is still a mystery. Other cast members include Mads Mikkelsen, Jared Harris, Patricia Clarkson and Louis Cancelmi. Peter Cameron and Patrick Marber sign the screenplay. A release date still hasn't been revealed.
