''Angry Birds 3' References 'Avengers: Doomsday' in New Poster
The film arrives in theaters in December.
Angry Birds 3 got new artwork parodying the poster for Avengers: Doomsday, following the same setup with the tapestry the Marvel villain is looking at. It’s worth noting that the movie hits theaters on December 23, five days after the scheduled release date for the new MCU production. Check it out below!

With new names in the cast, including Emma Myers, Keke Palmer and Tim Robinson, the sequel will arrive in theaters on January 29, 2027. Check out the poster below.
According to Deadline, Paramount’s president of worldwide marketing and distribution, Marc Weinstock, said: “Angry Birds transcends mediums and has been embraced and celebrated the world over. We couldn’t be happier to be partnering with Sega/Rovio and these other great partners to bring this latest installment, featuring an incredible voice cast, to big screens everywhere.”
Angry Birds 3 will bring back Jason Sudeikis, Rachel Bloom, Josh Gad, and Danny McBride, while the cast now also includes Emma Myers, Keke Palmer, and Tim Robinson. Marcello Hernandez, Walker Scobell, Sam Richardson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, James Austin Johnson, and Psalm West round out the talent involved.
Sony Pictures distributed the first two films, and the third will be handled by Paramount. Released in 2016, The Angry Birds Movie grossed $352 million worldwide, while The Angry Birds Movie 2 brought in only $147.8 million. When announcing the Paramount news, Rovio and SEGA noted that the film franchise has earned more than $500 million at the global box office and has been a hit on streaming platforms around the world, signaling strong demand for a third installment.
