Based on an extra chapter written by Kohei Horikoshi, the special follows Eri as she prepares for her first musical performance. Before the big day, she visits U.A., reunites with Aizawa, Present Mic, and other characters, but notices the absence of Izuku Midoriya, who now works as a teacher at the school.
