'The Testaments' Season 2 to Feature Commander Judd as Series Regular

The second season of The Testaments will feature a lot more of Commander Judd on screen. That’s because Charlie Carrick, who plays the character in the series, has been promoted to the regular cast of the The Handmaid's Tale sequel (via Deadline).

In addition to Carrick, the second-season cast will also welcome Haley Wong, who was also announced for the new season. The actress will play Prudence, a devoted and pregnant wife who will make room for joy, even if it means risking everything.

The story follows Agnes and Daisy, young women living in Gilead who end up becoming key players in changing the course of the totalitarian regime originally introduced in The Handmaid’s Tale.

The main cast includes Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday and Ann Dowd. Meanwhile, Elisabeth Moss returned in a special appearance as June Osborn.

The series is based on the novel by Margaret Atwood and is available on Hulu, along with all seasons of The Handmaid's Tale.
