Netflix's Matthew Perry Documentary Gets First Trailer; Watch Here

Netflix has released the trailer for The One About Matthew Perry, a three-part documentary series about the life and career of the Friends actor. The production premieres on October 27th and features Perry's sister, Mia Perry Bowick, as the main voice of the project, as well as previously unseen photos and videos from the family archive.

According to the platform's description, the series "traces his journey from rising comedy star to the man the world still loves as their favorite friend," while also exploring "new details about his private struggles, honoring the legacy of honesty and advocacy he left behind." It's still unknown if any of his Friends co-stars will appear in the documentary, but Netflix states that the project includes some of Perry's "lifelong best friends" and "creative collaborators."
