Taylor Swift Drops "Patient Zero" Music Video; Watch Here

Taylor Swift released the music video for "Patient Zero," her new single, during the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards. The video, directed by herself, stars the singer alongside Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell. Watch it above!

In the production, Swift and Johnson play similar versions of two women in love with the same billionaire, played by Farrell. The music video mixes elements of ghost story, true crime, and psychological thriller, with cinematography by Emmanuel Lubezki, Oscar winner for Gravity, Birdman, and The Revenant.

"Patient Zero" is part of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore , an expanded version of the hit album The Life of a Showgirl with four unreleased songs, released last Friday (25). The tracks "Cleveland!", "Pink Clouding" and "Babylon" complete the list. Listen below!
