'The Invite' to Hit HBO Max's Streaming Catalog Next Month

Olivia Wilde's The Invite will be available for streaming on HBO Max starting October 23. Only U.S. residents will get the A24 film added to the streaming selection.

Starring Seth Rogen, Olivia Wilde, Penélope Cruz, and Edward Norton, The Invite follows two couples who are about to experience their most unsettling dinner party yet. It is written by Will McCormack and Rashida Jones and produced by David Permut, Ben Browning, and Megan Ellison.

The Invite had the highest box office gross at the Sundance Film Festival, was acquired by A24 after a bidding war between studios, and has so far earned $36 million at the worldwide box office. It also earned a 97% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes.
