New 'Tangled' Set Video Shows Teagan Croft as Rapunzel
The actress was spotted filming in Spain wearing the Disney princess’s iconic lilac dress and long blonde hair.

We finally have our first glimpse of Rapunzel in live action. New behind-the-scenes footage from the live-action Tangled revealed actress Teagan Croft dressed as the Disney princess, complete with the iconic lilac dress and the long blonde hair that defined the animated film.

The footage was captured by fans following the filming in Girona, Spain, and shows the actress on set. The look drew attention for how faithful it was to the original animation, especially in the costume and hair details. The live-action Tangled still does not have an official release date.

The next live-action version of a popular Disney animation cast Teagan Croft (Titans) and Milo Manheim (School Spirits) as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, while Kathryn Hahn (The Studio) is playing Mother Gothel. Diego Luna (Andor) is also on board with an original role developed for the live-action.
As reported, the movie will introduce new characters and story bits to the classic Rapunzel history, reminiscing what Disney has done with Cinderella (2015) and Aladdin (2019).
The film, which doesn't have a release date yet, is being directed by Michael Gracey (Better Man), with a script jointly written by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (I Know What You Did Last Summer) and Michael Montemayor (O.C. Davey)
