Fans Point to 'Obsession' Collab with 'Fortnite' After New Video

Epic Games surprised fans this Monday (20) by releasing a promotional trailer that appears to blend Fortnite with the recent horror hit Obsession, by Curry Barker. In the video, scenes from the film are recreated using battle royale elements, such as the Zero Point Sprites and the traditional Supply Llama. The move quickly sparked speculation that an official collab between the two franchises, complete with skins and cosmetic items, could be on the way. 

As of the time of this publication, Epic Games has not yet confirmed an official collaboration between Fortnite and Obsession. For now, the trailer serves only as a campaign to promote the film’s arrival on streaming. Even so, part of the community believes the crossover could happen in the future, especially during Fortnitemares, the game’s traditional Halloween event.
