'Jumanji: Open World' Gets First Trailer; Watch Here

Jumanji: Open World, the film that closes out the trilogy that began with Welcome to the Jungle (2017), got its first trailer this Tuesday (28), featuring Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillian and Kevin Hart.

The Jumanji franchise, which follows a group of young people trapped inside a video game, is led by Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan.

The new film will also see the return of Danny DeVito, Nick Jonas, Marin Hinkle, Bebe Neuwirth, Lamorne Morris and Rhys Darby, in addition to the additions of Dan Hildebrand and Jack Jewkes to the cast.

In the director’s chair, Jake Kasdan returns after helming the previous two films in the franchise. He also co-wrote the script alongside Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg. The production brings together names such as Matt Tolmach, Johnson himself, Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia and Kasdan.

Jumanji: Open World premieres in theaters on December 25.
