Could 'Fast Forever' Get a New Director? Vin Diesel Teases Change

The possibility that Fast Forever might change directors gained traction after Vin Diesel made an enigmatic Instagram post with the caption “Director.... Hmmm...”, raising questions about who will helm the final film. Filmmaker Louis Leterrier is currently signed on to direct the movie, but he recently said he still had not read the latest version of the script and gave uncertain answers about his future on the project.

Despite the speculation, there is no confirmation that Leterrier has stepped down as director. 

Fast Forever is set to premiere on March 17, 2028. The film will mark the end of the main franchise, which has already grossed around $7.3 billion at the global box office.
