KATSEYE Reaches Top of the Billboard 200 For the First Time with 'WILD'
The EP makes history for the group and also sets a sales record

KATSEYE has reached the top of the Billboard 200 for the first time with WILD. The group’s new EP debuted at No. 1 on the main U.S. albums chart, marking the biggest achievement of their career so far.
According to Luminate data, WILD earned 170,000 album-equivalent units through August 20. Of that total, 145,000 came from physical and digital album sales, 24,500 from streaming equivalent albums (SEA), representing 26.95 million on-demand streams, and 500 from track equivalent albums (TEA).
Other records include: WILD had the biggest sales week for a girl group on the Billboard 200 since 2015. The EP also posted the biggest pure sales week for a girl group since READY TO BE by TWICE, released in 2023.
With WILD, KATSEYE lands its third album on the Billboard 200 and its second in the Top 10. Previously, SIS (Soft Is Strong) reached No. 98, while BEAUTIFUL CHAOS climbed to No. 4.
