'The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time' Remake Gets Stunning Trailer; Watch Here

During the Nintendo Direct celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda franchise, Nintendo revealed the first trailer for the The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake.

The trailer showcases a reimagining of Link's classic adventure—a title many consider the best in the franchise. Regarding gameplay, Eiji Aonuma, the series' lead developer, gave a glimpse of Kokiri Forest and the Great Deku Tree, key locations from the beginning of Link's journey.

Aonuma also showed Hyrule Field and Link’s arrival at Hyrule Castle to meet Zelda. The video revealed the implementation of a day-night cycle in Castle Town, as well as updated Ocarina mechanics designed to capture sounds made by the player.

The The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake arrives on November 5, 2026.
