Marvel Announces 'X-Orcists', New X-Men Miniseries

Marvel Comics has announced X-Orcists, a new X-Men comic book miniseries that will take the mutants into a supernatural story. Spanning five issues, the series will be written by Ashley Allen with art by Germán Peralta, and is scheduled for release in November.

In the story, a demon escapes from Limbo and begins terrorizing humans and mutants alike. To stop the threat, Magik and Juggernaut join forces with Madelyne Pryor, the Queen of Limbo. The group will also have help from other mystical heroes.

The story also marks the return of the creative team behind Magik and Magik & Colossus. The new series promises to focus primarily on the mystical side of the X-Men universe, with Magik and Madelyne at the center of the story.
