'Fast Forever' Has No Director or Finalized Script, Report Says

According to information from journalist Jeff Sneider of The Insider, Fast Forever has reportedly lost its director and also has no script written for the film.

Louis Leterrier, it seems, is no longer involved in directing the production. What's noteworthy is that Vin Diesel recently stated on social media that he had read the script and that it would be "the best in decades.

"You have no idea ," the actor wrote. "When March 17, 2028 arrives, you'll thank God you got to see the first one in theaters this summer. I just read the script for Fast Forever written by Mike Leslie. It's the best script I've read in decades. I'm still crying... "

Therefore, it's impossible to know if Diesel read an unfinished version of the script, or if he only read a brief draft of the production and ended up getting excited about it.

Fast Forever will arrive in theaters on March 17, 2028.
