'Naruto' Anime to Get New Announcements at New York Comic Con

The Naruto franchise is getting a special panel at this year’s New York Comic Con (NYCC). The event is scheduled for October 10 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, and will feature members of the Japanese voice cast as well as a producer from Studio Pierrot. The information comes from Variety. 

Junko Takeuchi, the Japanese voice of Naruto Uzumaki, and Noriaki Sugiyama, who plays Sasuke Uchiha, will take part in the panel alongside Yoshihiko Tominaga, executive producer at Studio Pierrot. A representative from Bandai will also be in attendance.

According to Viz Media, the panel is expected to bring updates on the anime and the Naruto Card Game, as well as a new project from the franchise.
